Learning how to play My Cafe means internalizing a short loop: take or notice an order, make the drink, serve the customer, collect earnings, then repeat while watching for special guests. The official pillars

1. Make drinks and serve customers
2. Expand your cafe to serve more customers
3. Hire and upgrade workers
4. Collect Enchant Tokens from special customers to enchant workers

If an action does not support one of those pillars, it is probably cosmetic or optional.

Serving customers step by step

1. Watch for customers entering your plot.
2. Interact with the brewing / order station the tutorial highlights.
3. Complete the drink prompt (early builds may use simplified interactions while art is unfinished).
4. Deliver to the waiting customer before they leave unhappy.
5. Scoop any cash indicators and immediately glance for the next guest.

Speed matters more than decoration in the first hour. Practice until you can clear a small rush without panic, then open Hire & Upgrade Workers.

Reading the floor

Good players track three meters mentally:

• Incoming rate — how fast new customers spawn
• Service rate — how fast you (and workers) finish drinks
• Capacity — how many guests seating allows

If incoming rate exceeds service rate, hire/upgrade or buy Auto Order only after reading Gamepasses. If service rate exceeds capacity, follow Expand Cafe. If both are fine, farm special customers for tokens.

Special customers

Special customers are called out in the official how-to because they drop Enchant Tokens. When one appears:

• Park lower-priority tasks
• Serve them cleanly
• Secure the token
• Decide spends using Enchant Workers and the Tier List

Ordinary customers fund the cafe; special customers power long-term staff strength.

When pastries enter the loop

Controls and platform tips

My Cafe runs on Roblox for PC, mobile, and console clients with a max of five players per server. On mobile, keep UI scale readable so you do not miss special-customer indicators. On PC, bind camera movement that lets you see both counter and entrance. Voice chat is not supported; coordinate through the experience UI only.

Soft goals for your first successful shift

• Zero rage-quits from unfinished placeholder art (expected)
• Consistent drink clears during a medium rush
• One hired worker taking partial load
• At least one Enchant Token banked with a plan

• Customers leave instantly — service rate too low; stop expanding and upgrade workers.
